Many individuals who endure difficult or traumatic life events often carry a significant amount of shame when these events interfere with their mental health. We all have periods where we struggle with our relationships, where we find ourselves repeating old patterns, feeling unhappy, defeated, or are having difficulties working through our past.
Through therapy, you can develop coping skills to manage difficult emotions and symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, and build resilience to overcome adversity. You can develop healthier communication and relationship skills, allowing you to form and maintain positive and fulfilling connections with others.
At Tenacity Psychological Health Services Inc., we are here to help you reclaim your life from the grip of trauma and move forward with a greater sense of purpose, meaning, and wellbeing.
We hope that we can be the service provider you feel confident and comfortable with, who you can come back to in times of any need and who you feel has your back knowing that your difficulties are equally as important to us as they are to you.
We understand that we are all human first- we make mistakes and struggle at times. You will see a doctoral level psychologist who treats your circumstances with compassion, empathy and the dignity you deserve, whether you find yourself in the middle of a legal battle, experiencing trauma, or having difficulties in school, home or work environments.
